Domestic Shipping Policy

 

Shipment processing time

 

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days.

 

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

 

Shipping rates

 

Shipping costs are dependent on order volume.

 

Shipment confirmation & order tracking

 

You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s).

Return & Exchange Policy

Returns/Exchanges shall be processed in a timely manner to better serve our customers needs. Please allow for 3-4 business days for processing from the date of delivery. 

 

Arrangements for a return must be made within 30 days of the original receipt date (this is when the package arrives in your hands, not when you place the order).

 

Only items in new, unused condition may be returned to Poseidon for a refund. Make sure to inspect your items carefully upon receipt. We reserve the right to reject any return based on its condition or non-compliance with our return policy. Poseidon is not responsible for parts returned without a receipt. Any part returned to Poseidon without the proper paperwork may take additional time to process the return. All return requests are handled on a case-by-case basis. If in doubt, please contact us and we’ll do our best to help you get it taken care of.

 

Return postage is firmly the responsibility of the sender. Any packages sent back to Poseidon via Return to Sender method will be charged the additional shipping cost in the amount of $4.99-$9.99 depending on the final cost incurred.

 

Refunds

 

Once a return has been received and approved, Poseidon will issue a store credit or exchange as noted. A refund to the original form of payment for the current cost of the item(s) can be done if the item is within 30 days from the original receipt date. If the defective item being returned is outside of 30 days, only an exchange or store credit at the current cost of item(s) will be issued.

 

All shipping charges are non-refundable and we do not offer any return, refund, or exchange on the repair tools that we sell. 

 

NO ADDITIONAL FEES (RESTOCKING)

 

Poseidon will not charge a restocking fee for returned items). We would like to do everything we can to assist without hassle. There are no restocking fees, however, if an item is not needed, it must be returned within 30 days of purchase.
